Reviews
#1 – Quest Nutrition Protein Cookie
Protien in 1 Cookie : 15g
Calories in 1 Cookie : 250
Flavors : Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Double Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal raisin, Peanut butter
Looking for a protein cookie that checks all the marks and doesn’t make you vomit immediately? Then look no further than the Quest Nutrition Protein Cookie. It has all the good stuff but most importantly, it doesn’t taste like bitter cardboard. The cookies are available in 5 different flavors ranging from standard chocolate chip to exciting peanut butter. I tested the chocolate peanut butter combo as well as the simple chocolate chip one and both tasted good. I didn’t have the courage to even order the oatmeal raisin one, so if you want that one, it’s all on you.
The cookies themselves are sweet but sugar-free and soft. They are a bit chewy though, which is to be expected from a cookie that is packing so much protein in it. You’ll get around 15 grams of proteins, 9 grams of fivers, 250 calories and 17 grams of fat in one serving. The cookies are also sweetened using Stevia and Erythritol so no processed sugar is involved in the making of Quest Nutrition Protein Cookie. The pack contains 12 cookies and will provide you with an ample protein service while on the go. The company managed to cram 15 grams of protein in one cookie which is pretty awesome if you ask me. Overall, the Quest Nutrition Protein Cookie are reasonably priced and taste good enough while providing a good protein intake.
Pros:
- Comes in multiple flavors
- Packs 15 grams of protein in one cookie
- The packaging is good
- The cookie size is big
Cons:
- The taste is not going to be as good as real chocolate chip cookies
Summary: A big, chewy and pleasant dose of protein
#2 – Lenny & Larry's The Complete Cookie
Protien in 1 Cookie : 16g
Calories in 1 Cookie : 360
Flavors : Apple Pie, Birthday Cake, Choc-O-Mint, Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Donut, Coconut Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate, Lemon Poppy Seed, Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, Pumpkin Spice, Salted Caramel, Snickerdoodle, White Chocolate Macadamia, White Chocolate Razzberry
What if you want even better-tasting cookies? Then you get the Lenny & Larry's The Complete Cookie. It is not as tasty as real cookies your grandma used to make during summer holidays, but they will not force you to make a face when you eat them. The Lenny & Larry's The Complete Cookie comes in a pack of 12 cookies and are backed using no eggs, no soy, no corn syrup, no cholesterol, no dairy and not even artificial sweeteners. The Lenny & Larry's The Complete Cookie contains 16 oz of planted based soy proteins and 10 grams of oat fiber.
Overall, the Lenny & Larry's The Complete Cookie tastes better to me than the Quest Nutrition Protein Cookie however, there is a tradeoff. The Lenny & Larry's The Complete Cookie is high in calories and not that great at packing proteins. So if your diet requires some high calories, the Lenny & Larry's The Complete Cookie is going to be absolutely perfect for your needs. If you are Jewish and need kosher stuff, the Lenny & Larry's The Complete Cookie is also kosher, uses only sustainable palm oil and is vegan.
Pros:
- Packs in a lot of calories
- Tastes pretty good for a protein cookie
- Comes in a pack of 12
- Made with sustainable palm oil
Cons:
- The protein-packed in one cookie is a but low
Summary: Your calorie comrade
#3 – SINFIT Birthday Cake Protein Cookies
Protien in 1 Cookie : 20g
Calories in 1 Cookie : 310
Flavors : Birthday Cake, Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, Pumkin Spice, Snickerdoodle Chocolate Chip
The SINFIT Birthday Cake Protein Cookies have the best package ever! How many protein cookies you’ve seen featuring a skeleton on the package? I’m betting zero. However, SINFIT Birthday Cake Protein Cookies does just that and that’s not all it does. The cookies are soft and taste really great. They come in 5 different flavors including chocolate chip, peanut butter, and snickerdoodle chocolate chip. There is even a flavor for those who love autumn too much; the fabled pumpkin spice. I got the birthday cake flavor because let’s be honest, who doesn’t want a birthday cake flavored protein cookie.
The cookie comes with sweet icing that just tastes great. That’s not all, the SINFIT Birthday Cake Protein Cookies also packs a large amount of protein in one cookie, 20 grams to be exact. That combined with its trans-fat-free and gluten-free nature makes the SINFIT Birthday Cake Protein Cookies a wonderful option for those looking for a great tasting protein provider. The only downside is that each cookie contains 7 grams of sugar, which is why it tastes so good. If you are fine with that amount of sugar in your protein cookies, the SINFIT Birthday Cake Protein Cookies packs a wonderful amount of protein as well.
Pros:
- Has 20 grams of protein in each cookie
- The package is just awesome
- The cake flavor comes with fruity chips on it
- The icing makes it surprisingly delicious
Cons:
- Has a significant amount of sugar
Summary: It’s like having a birthday every day
#4 – MuscleTech Soft Baked Whey Protein Cookie
Protien in 1 Cookie : 18g
Calories in 1 Cookie : 350
Flavors : Chocolate Chip, Triple Chocolate
The MuscleTech Soft Baked Whey Protein Cookie packs a decent amount of protein. Coming with around 18 grams of protein which is mainly whey protein, they strike a good balance between substance and taste. The MuscleTech Soft Baked Whey Protein Cookie comes in two flavors, well technically they are the same flavor but one has triple the amount of chocolate chips.
There are 6 cookies in each package and they are decently sized as well. While it may seem that the price is lower than other cookies on the list, a point to be noted here is that there are half the cookies inside. The MuscleTech Soft Baked Whey Protein Cookie is all-natural with absolutely no artificial flavors or coloring added. As the whey protein is the major source, the cookies don’t contain wheat protein at all. Overall they are good if you need a decent amount of protein and some chocolate.
Pros:
- Have a decent size
- Contains a good amount of protein
- The cookies are gluten-free
- There are no artificial flavors in them
Cons:
- The cookies felt a bit chalky, hardly a bad thing but worth noting
Summary: No artificial flavors or colors
#5 – OATMEGA Protein Cookie
Protien in 1 Cookie : 18g
Calories in 1 Cookie : 330
Flavors : Peanut Butter, Chocolate chip, White Chocolate Macadamia
The OATMEGA Protein Cookie tastes good however their chewy nature makes them a bit harder to consider cookies. To be fair to OATMEGA Protein Cookie, most protein cookies are a bit chewy so I can’t fault them for that. They have a chocolate chip flavor and pack some high protein. The cookies are also gluten-free, non-GMO and have Omega 3 fatty acids. There are two other flavors available as well, peanut butter and white chocolate macadamia. I only tested the chocolate chip one and it tasted fine. The OATMEGA Protein Cookie is a bit on the expensive side and tastes OK at best, this is the only reason I’m ranking them a bit lower.
Pros:
- Respectable size
- Three flavors available
- Contains 18 grams of protein
- Gluten-free cookies
Cons:
- The taste could be better
Summary: High calories and high protein
#6 – Munk Pack Protein Cookies

The Munk Pack Protein Cookies comes in four flavors; peanut butter chocolate chip, double dark chocolate, coconut white chip macadamia, and snickerdoodle. There are different packs as well, you can get a single pack, a pack of 6 or 12 cookies. There are a lot of choices available here. The Munk Pack Protein Cookies packs 18 grams of protein per cookie and a lot of calories to match as well. The cookies are made by using real ingredients and are gluten-free, vegan and non-GMO. They are also sugar-free, contain no Trans fats, no dairy, and no eggs. Overall they will get the job done and taste good doing so. The only reason I’m placing them lower on the list is the high price
Pros:
- Many flavors are available
- Multiple packs are there to choose from
- Made with real ingredients
- Each cookie contains 6 grams of fiber
Cons:
- The price is a bit high
Summary: Full of flavor and protein
