  • 250-meter row
  • 3 rope climbs (15 feet)
  • 25 wall balls (20 pounds, 10-foot target)
  • 50-foot handstand walk

This workout is particularly demanding as it targets multiple movement patterns and energy systems. The ring muscle-ups require exceptional upper body strength and coordination, while the rowing adds a cardiovascular component. Rope climbs further tax your pulling strength and grip, followed by wall balls that combine a squat with an overhead throw.
