My 40kg Weight Gain Journey: Day 4 Progress Report
Starting a weight gain journey can be challenging, especially when faced with skepticism from others. Today marks the fourth day of my ambitious 40kg weight gain challenge, and I'm excited to share my progress with you.
Despite getting a late start this morning, I maintained my commitment to the challenge. After enjoying my morning tea, I immediately focused on my workout routine. The journey may be young – only four days in – but consistency will be key to achieving this significant transformation.
My current workout includes daily dumbbell exercises to help build muscle mass. Many people have expressed doubt about my ability to gain weight, but I remain determined to prove them wrong through dedicated training.
In addition to weight training, I've incorporated push-ups into my routine for upper body strength development. Push-ups are an excellent bodyweight exercise that can help build chest, shoulder, and arm muscles while requiring no equipment.
For those just beginning their fitness journey, starting with a manageable number of push-ups and gradually increasing the count can lead to impressive strength gains over time. Proper form is essential – maintain a straight body line from head to heels, keep your core engaged, and lower your chest until it nearly touches the floor before pushing back up.
Creating a sustainable workout schedule combined with proper nutrition will be essential for achieving such an ambitious weight gain goal. This journey will require not just physical strength but mental discipline as well.
